With more than 40 years of trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts, and administrative hearings in the federal Office of Hearings and Appeals, Mr. Rosenthal specializes in representing personal injury claimants and plaintiffs in Metropolitan Boston and throughout eastern Massachusetts.
Mr. Rosenthal’s personal injury litigation experience includes claims based on automobile and motorcycle negligence, injuries suffered on another’s property, defective products, Social Security disability, and professional (medical or legal) negligence. Initial consultations are free, and fees are based on the recovery of damages – in other words, no fee unless he is successful in recovering damages on your behalf.
Mr. Rosenthal also represents individuals, families, and small businesses as plaintiffs or defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including contractual or business disputes, insurance claims, real estate title claims, and the collection of debts. Additionally, he assists clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, the drafting of wills and trusts, and the probating of estates. These services are available at reasonable hourly rates.

Mr. Rosenthal is a graduate of Lafayette College and the Boston University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Attorney Rosenthal is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is an adjunct professor of Legal Studies for Lasell University in Newton, MA. He has conducted numerous seminars for members of the Massachusetts Bar Association on the subject of computer assisted legal research. A former partner at the Boston law firm of Bornstein & Rosenthal, Mr. Rosenthal founded his own firm in 1997.
